OEM Bearing Supplier
Need bearings built to your own spec? FULI supplies OEM bearings to ISO 9001:2015, with custom marking, packaging and documentation on request.
An OEM order is different from a catalog order: you are specifying the bearing to your own drawing, tolerance, marking or packaging, not buying the standard FULI designation off the shelf. This page covers what to send, what FULI confirms before production, and what documentation comes with the shipment.
Catalog order vs OEM order
| Catalog order | OEM order | |
|---|---|---|
| Specification | Standard FULI designation (for example 6205-2RS C3) | Your drawing, tolerance class or a part number to match |
| Marking | FULI standard | Your authorized brand or neutral marking |
| Packaging | FULI standard carton | Your carton spec, labels and shipping marks |
| Documentation | Commercial invoice, packing list, CCPIT | Same, plus material certificate and inspection report on request |
Specifications we work to
Precision is P0 as standard and P6 on request (P5 by model); radial clearance is C0 as standard and C3 on request. Rings and balls are GCr15 chrome bearing steel, and the steel maker’s GCr15 material certificate is available on request for OEM and industrial orders. If your drawing calls for a dimension outside our published specification sheet — a chamfer, shoulder height or a clearance group not listed — put it in the inquiry and we confirm it against the batch before production.
Quality and documentation
Bearings are produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Certificate number and scope are available on request. Every batch is checked before shipment for rotation smoothness, dimensions, grease fill, rust and appearance, with the batch reference tying the shipment to its inspection report. See bearing manufacturer in China for where and how FULI makes these bearings.
Matching an OEM number
Many buyers send an equipment maker’s own number, not a standard designation. Our technical department matches it to the standard model: first in cross-reference books, then online. Copy every prefix and suffix letter; a missing letter can point to the wrong product.
- Wheel hub units. Each vehicle maker has its own numbers, so getting the match right takes the most work. Units with noise limits are tested one by one after production. See our hub bearing guide.
- Inserts. Send the item number from the old insert or its housing, and we confirm the matching insert and its locking type.
- Sealed or open. State the seal option for each item: open, ZZ or 2RS.
Where OEM bearing supply is used
OEM specifications come up most often for equipment makers building to their own tolerance or marking requirements: motors, pumps, agricultural machinery, power transmission and conveyor equipment. If you are deciding between an OEM order and buying FULI’s standard catalog designation, bearing distributor vs factory direct covers how specification control changes between the two routes. Tell us the application and the industry the machine goes into. It helps us check load, speed and grease, and we confirm a delivery date with the price.
Starting an OEM inquiry
Send the drawing or the part number you are matching, the quantity, and your marking and packaging preference. How to request a bearing quotation has a template for the rest of the information we need to confirm the specification sheet before production. The bearing buying guide covers the whole process.

FAQ
Can you match an existing part number or drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing, or the brand and part number you want to match, and we confirm the equivalent FULI specification sheet before production. Anything we cannot meet is marked as an exception on the same sheet rather than substituted without telling you.
Do you offer private-label or neutral marking for OEM orders?
Ring marking and carton labels can be your authorized brand or neutral marking with only the model, grade and batch reference. State which one you need on the order.
What documents come with an OEM order?
A commercial invoice, packing list and CCPIT certificate of origin as standard, an FTA Form COO where your destination qualifies, and a material certificate and inspection report on request.
How do I choose a replacement bearing for my machine?
Start from the number stamped on the old one or printed in the equipment manual, with every prefix and suffix letter. Send it with a photo of the marking, and we match it to the standard model. If the number is worn off, the bore, outside diameter and width are enough to start.
Can you make hub units and inserts to an OEM number?
Yes, both are supplied on request. Send the maker's number and we confirm the matching standard model before we quote.
Can I get the ISO certificate?
Bearings are produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The certificate number and scope are available on request.
