This policy explains what information FULI Machinery (Shandong) Limited Company ("FULI", "we") collects when you contact us about bearings, and what we do with it. It covers this website (https://www.fuli-bearings.com), our WhatsApp numbers and our inquiry forms on Facebook.
What we collect
- Website quote form: your name, company, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, the products you are interested in and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, to filter spam.
- Facebook inquiry forms: the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number and company. Facebook passes these to us when you submit the form.
- WhatsApp and email: your number or address, your name as shown in the app, and the messages and files you send us.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit this website, which pages they read and which links brought them here (for example, campaign tags such as utm_source). It records the pages you view, your approximate location (country and city), your device and browser type, and the site you came from. It does not receive what you type into the quote form.
Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) to recognise repeat visits. Inside those regions it runs without cookies. This website does not use advertising pixels, and we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising.
You can block Google Analytics with your browser's privacy settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, handle any order that follows, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores quote-form submissions.
- Resend delivers quote-form submissions to our sales mailbox by email.
- Google provides Google Analytics, under Google's own privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook and WhatsApp) carries messages and Facebook form submissions to us, under Meta's own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp messages may first be answered by an automated assistant, which uses an AI service to draft replies. Our sales team reads the conversations and takes over when needed.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and China.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records while we are discussing or fulfilling your order, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our business and legal records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email sales@fuli-bearings.com and we will act on your request.
