| SA | Insert bearing with eccentric locking collar and spherical outside diameter; narrow inner ring |
| 2 | 200 series |
| 07 | Bore code 07 → 35 mm bore. ISO bore code (00–03 = 10/12/15/17 mm; 04 and above = code × 5 mm). |
SA207 interchange
SA207 is an eccentric-collar insert bearing. SA inserts are made to common catalogue sizes and lock to the shaft with an eccentric collar instead of set screws in the inner ring. Check the dimensions above against your shaft and housing, or send us the old part number and we confirm the match.

SA207 compared with nearby sizes and housings
SA207 is an eccentric-collar insert for a 35 mm shaft: outside diameter 72 mm, inner ring width 25.4 mm and outer ring width 17 mm. Across the inner ring and collar together it measures 38.9 mm (B1).
The housed units of the same size code, UCP207 (pillow block unit), UCF207 (square flange unit) and UCFL207 (oval flange unit), are built around the UC207 insert, not SA207. Other inserts with the same size code are UC207 (35 × 72 × 42.9 mm) and SB207 (35 × 72 × 32 mm).
SA208 is the next larger size in the same series on this site: shaft d 40 mm (5 mm more), outside diameter D 80 mm (8 mm more) and inner ring width B 30.2 mm (4.8 mm more).
SA206 is the next smaller size in the same series on this site: shaft d 30 mm (5 mm less), outside diameter D 62 mm (10 mm less) and inner ring width B 23.8 mm (1.6 mm less).

SA207 load ratings
FULI's catalog has no load rating line for SA207 itself, so none is given here. Ask us and we send the figures with the quotation.
SA207 dimensions in inches
The nearest common inch shaft size to the 35 mm bore of SA207 is 1-3/8 in (34.93 mm), 0.07 mm smaller than the bore, so SA207 would be loose on it. An inch shaft needs an inch bore insert. Inch bore versions are made for some sizes; ask us with the shaft size.
| Dimension | Millimetres | Inches |
|---|---|---|
| Bore d | 35 mm | 1.3780 in |
| Outside diameter D | 72 mm | 2.8346 in |
| Inner ring width B | 25.4 mm | 1.0000 in |
| Width across collar B1 | 38.9 mm | 1.5315 in |
| Outer ring width C | 17 mm | 0.6693 in |
Converted at 1 in = 25.4 mm and rounded to four decimals. The bearing itself is made to the millimetre sizes.
Mounting SA207 (general guidance)
General guidance, not a FULI specification: insert bearings slide onto the shaft rather than being pressed on, and are held by their locking device. A shaft ground or drawn to h7 is common; a closer shaft such as js7 or j7 suits higher speed.
SA207 is locked by its eccentric collar: slide the bearing into place, turn the collar on the extended inner ring in the direction the shaft turns until it grips, then tighten the collar screw. Because the collar locks by turning, SA inserts are normally used on shafts that turn one way.
The spherical outside diameter of SA207 lets the insert swivel in the housing seat while it is being mounted, which takes up small errors in shaft line. It does not make the bearing a self-aligning bearing in service.
Grease for SA207
The insert is sealed on both sides and greased at the factory. Fitted in a housing with a grease fitting, it can be relubricated through the housing; on its own it runs on the factory fill.
Greases for a stated temperature range can be specified on the order; for North America a range of −40 to 120 °C is often asked for.
How FULI supplies SA207
FULI supplies SA207 on its own as a replacement insert, or fitted in a housing as a complete unit. The rings and balls are GCr15 chrome steel and the radial clearance is C0 as standard, with C3 on request.
Rings are marked with a brand you are authorised to use, with the FULI brand, or left neutral, as your order states. The box is printed with the model, precision class and brand.
Inquiries that leave out the prefix or suffix letters are the usual cause of a wrong quote, so write the full designation, for example SA207.

FAQ
What shaft size does SA207 fit?
A 35 mm shaft (1.3780 in).
What is the difference between SA207 and SA208?
SA208 is the next size up, for a 40 mm shaft, with outside diameter D 80 mm (8 mm more) and inner ring width B 30.2 mm (4.8 mm more). Choose SA208 when the shaft is larger or the load is higher; the housings are not interchangeable.
What is the difference between SA207 and UC207?
Both fit a 35 mm shaft with a 72 mm outside diameter. SA207 has an inner ring 25.4 mm wide and UC207 42.9 mm. SA207 locks with an eccentric collar; UC207 with set screws. Check that the narrower or wider ring clears the housing and the parts beside it on the shaft.
Can SA207 be ordered on its own?
Yes. SA207 is quoted as an insert bearing on its own, with its eccentric locking collar. Tell us the housing or machine it goes into and we check the fit before quoting.
How is SA207 locked to the shaft?
Slide the bearing onto the shaft, turn the eccentric collar on the extended inner ring in the direction of shaft rotation until it grips, then tighten the set screw in the collar.
Where are the load ratings for SA207?
Load ratings for SA207 are being checked against FULI's catalog and are not shown on this page yet. Model pages with a "Load ratings & speed" table carry values from FULI's catalog.
