Bearing Inquiry Builder

A structured inquiry template covering model, seal, clearance, quantity, packaging and marking for ball, UC mounted unit and tapered bearings.

Fill in one row per model, then send the completed table as your inquiry. The more of this that is filled in up front, the fewer rounds it takes to get a firm quotation.

Inquiry template: one row per model

Repeat the row for each model in your list. If you do not know the exact model, use bearing size finder or the bearing number decoder to identify it first.

What decides the price

Price is built from the base model (bore, outside diameter, width and type), then adjusted by seal type, clearance and precision class, packaging and marking, and quantity. The same bore can price differently across these variables — see open, ZZ or 2RS seal selector and C0 vs C3 clearance checklist for two of the most common variables. Quantity affects price through production batch size and packaging setup, not just unit cost, so a realistic annual volume figure helps even on a first-order inquiry.

Sending the inquiry

Copy the filled-in table, or list the same fields in an email, and send it to sales@fuli-bearings.com, or use the request a quote form. For a first order, see how to buy bearings from a Chinese factory for what else is normally agreed before production starts.

FAQ

What is the minimum information needed to get a usable quotation?

The full model number (or bore, OD and width if the model is unknown), seal type, quantity and destination port. Everything else in the template below sharpens the price and lead time, but these four are the minimum to start.

Why does price vary for the 'same' model number?

Seal type, clearance class, precision class, packaging and marking all change the cost of a given bore and outside diameter, and quantity changes the price break. Two buyers quoting 6205 can get different prices because one wants 2RS C3 in a branded box and the other wants open, standard clearance, neutral packaging.

Can I send a mixed list of ball, mounted unit and tapered models in one inquiry?

Yes. Use one row per model in the table below and send them together — it is normal for one inquiry to cover a mix of deep groove ball, UC mounted unit and tapered roller bearings for the same piece of equipment or the same customer.
